How we handle your personal data
This policy explains which personal data izytech AB processes when you visit this website or contact us, why we do it and what rights you have.
No cookies, no tracking
Your privacy matters to us. That’s why we use no cookies or analytics tools and load nothing from third parties – you can visit our website without being tracked.
Kept for 12 months
Messages sent via the contact form are deleted automatically after 12 months.

You can request access, rectification or erasure at any time.
What data we process
Contact form. When you send a message through the form, we process the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, the area you are interested in and your message. The same applies if you email or call us directly.
Server logs. When you visit the website, the web server records technical data such as IP address, time, the page requested and the browser used. The logs are used for operations and security and are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.
Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to and following up on your enquiry, for example booking a demo or preparing a proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where the enquiry concerns a future contract, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating and securing the website through server logs, to detect errors and prevent misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Recipients and processors
The website and its database are hosted by the Swedish hosting provider Inleed, which processes the data as our data processor. Email is handled in-house by izytech AB, with no external email provider.
Beyond this, we only disclose personal data when required to do so by law.
How long we keep the data
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. If you would like us to delete them sooner, just contact us.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access your personal data
- have inaccurate data rectified
- have your data erased
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability)

If you believe we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se. Please feel free to contact us first and we will try to resolve it.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. We use no analytics tools, no advertising networks and no social media plugins. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit the pages.
Only logged-in administrators of the website receive strictly necessary login cookies from WordPress. They are never set for visitors.
